I like that Capterra is a comprehensive platform that allows B2B SaaS companies to be found in searches like specific software categories and alternatives to competitors. What do you dislike about Capterra?

I find the taxonomy a bit rigid, which means newer tools may not fit the categories they are disrupting. This is because they are missing features that have become obsolete but are still required by those directories. The initial setup is difficult for customers who are doing it for the first time, although at Blastra we handle everything for them, including support cases when appeal is needed.
